What materials do you use?

Some of our jewelry pieces are crafted from premium 316L Stainless Steel and others are crafted from Zinc Alloy Rhinestone, it depends on the products. It ensures that our jewelry pieces are long-lasting and suitable for all skin types.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times may vary depending on your location. However, we strive to process and ship all orders within 2-3 business days in Lahore and 4-6 business days in other cities.

Do you provide a size chart for your jewelry?

Yes, we provide a size chart to help you find the perfect fit for our jewelry pieces. You can find the size chart on the Size Chart page. Please refer to the size chart before making your purchase to ensure the best fit.

Can I return or exchange a jewelry piece?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your jewelry piece, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. Please refer to our Refund Policy page for more information on how to initiate a return or exchange.

Are your jewelry pieces suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes, some of our jewelry pieces are made from hypoallergenic 316L Stainless Steel, which is known for its skin-friendly properties. It is unlikely to cause any irritation or allergic reactions, making our jewelry suitable for sensitive skin. However, due to the nature and uncertainty of these products, any rare case that proves our jewelry to be causing irritation or allergic reactions, we are not liable to take any responsibility for it, however, our team is always here to assist you.  

Can I cancel or change my order?

We process and complete orders as quickly as possible. If you have any modification requests or need to cancel, please contact immediately after placing your order at 0307 7042247 WhatsApp. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or modify, but we will try our best to accommodate all requests.
