Warranty Coverage
All ORION pieces are warranted against manufacturing defects by a 14-day official limited warranty from the date of purchase. A 1 year warranty color/plating warranty is restricted to stainless steel pieces only.
This warranty covers manufacturing and color/plating defects, not including damage caused by:
- excessive wear.
- lack of care.
During these warranty periods, if a defect arises in the product and it is deemed by ORION to be a manufacturer's defect, follow the instructions for returning the product.
ORION will, at its option, to the extent permitted by law, either 1 time
- repair the product using new or refurbished parts.
- replace the product with a new product that is equivalent to the product that is to be replaced.
- refund to you all or part of the purchase price of the product.
ORION shall have no obligation to repair, replace, or refund until the defective product is returned to ORION. A replacement product will not assume the remaining warranty of the original product. When a refund is given, the returned product becomes ORION’s property.

Exclusions and Limitations
This Limited Warranty applies to all pieces manufactured by ORION. This Limited Warranty does not apply to damage caused by
- accident
- abuse
- misuse
- misapplication
- use of non-ORION products.
Do not expose your jewelry to harsh chemicals or environments, as they can alter the appearance of the product. These include, but are not limited to:
- liquid silver polish
- pools
- hot tubs
- salt water
- spas
